He is survived by: his wife Constance; his children, Kelly Lyn McLaughlin and Kraig Roy McLaughlin (Jeff Wiginton); his grandson Max McLaughlin; and his siblings, Archie of Troy, Muriel of London, Ont and Islay of St. Petersburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
