He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Fader and Harold Fader; and his siblings, June (late Lloyd), Joan (late Bob), Harold (Judy) and Eleanor.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou (Nee Chalcraft); his sons, Brian (Sarah) and Scott (Jennifer); his daughter-in-law Julie; his grandson Dane (Alley); his siblings, Jerry (late Margaret), Sheila and Mark (Pauline); and his brother-in-law Donald Chalcraft (Judy).
