He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ovide Chartrand and Bertha Chartrand (Quesnel); his wife Betty (Foster); his children, Ray (Deb), Denise, Donald, Gerry (Carmen), Sue Brimner (Chris), Tom, Richard (Cathy) and Andre (Peggy); and his siblings, Muriel, Paulette, Jeannette, Noel, Louise, Euclid, Oscar, Aurel, Gilles and Noella. He was also cherished by his children and grandchildren.
