He is survived by: his parents, John Ouellette and Tracy Ouellette; his sister Erin Victoria Ouellette (Will); his niece Ivy Ouellette-Kanally; his grandparent Gail Hull; his great-grandparent Robert John Finlay; his grandchildren, Robert, Jeanne Ouellette and Hazel Lessard; his uncles, Scott Hull (Gina), Paul Laporte (Jan), Mike Laporte (Carol) and Tommy Laporte (Janice); his aunt Marie Domanski (Jim); and his pet Molly.
In keeping with Ian's loving and generous spirit, it was his decision to donate his organs so that others may live. Donations in Memory of Ian to Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
