Irene Alice Dumas Obituary
We announce the death of Irene Alice Dumas (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on October 24, 2026, at the age of 89. Irene will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Bernard Dumas; and her siblings, Reinhold Christmann (Carrie), Bernhart Christmann (Margaret), Walter Christmannn (Frances), Seigfried Christmann, Leonhard Christmann (Karen), Erna Ellison (Cyril), Agnes McConnell (George) and Eleanor Marland (Robert).
She is survived by: her children, Terry Dumas, Gerard Dumas (Michelle) and Edouard Dumas (Xenia); her grandchildren, Patricia Rau, Denny Dumas and Paul Dumas (Cymone); and her siblings, Ralph Christmann, Raymond Christmann (Lillian) and Doris Dion (John).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8W1C7). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd, Windsor, ON N8W4E3).
