She was predeceased by: her sons, Wayne Boismier (Laila) and Gary Boismier; and her parents, Paul Giroux and Flora Giroux. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Sharron, Brett Boismier (Doris) and Glenn Boismier (Ann); her stepdaughter Melody Martindale; her daughter Stacey; her grandchildren, Beth, Jennifer, Adam, Aaron, Luke, Nadia, Nicole and Charmaine; and her siblings, Lionel, Fern, Maurice, Roger, Albert, Armand, Leo Paul, Jeanette, Florence, Tony, Evelyn Ferguson and Lillian Freeman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
