Irma (Campaner) Bomben Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Irma (Campaner) Bomben of Windsor, Ontario, who passed away at the age of 93, on August 5, 2025. She was predeceased by: her husband Pietro; her sibling Severino (Gianna); her parents, Eliseo Campaner and Antonia Bazzana; her in-laws, Sante and Virginia Bomben; and also, Olga (Nino), Jole (Dino) and Monsignor Mario.

She is survived by: her daughters, Luciana Marier (Dan) and Laura Bomben-Grosso (Randy); her grandchildren, Daniela Marier-Perissinotti (Dan), Peter Marier (Jia Yu), Kristen Grosso and Luke Grosso; and her siblings-in-law, Aldo Bomben (late Agnese), Norma Colussi (late Mario) and Giuditta Bomben. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Windsor Chapel South Chapel (3048 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S4). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave, Windsor, ON N9A1X9). An entombment was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heavenly Rest Cemetery (5005 Howard Ave, Windsor, ON N9H1C9).
