With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Isaac Ducharme (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on December 23, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia; his parents, Sovereign and Ireen; and his siblings, Gregory, Cyril "Sam", Gerry, George, Eugene "Bill", Madeline, Pat, Agnes, Marlene and Rose.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Ducharme (Frank), Bonnie Bashura, Jacqueline Peretti and Jody Scott (Jon); his grandchildren, James (Lindsey), Melissa (Dylan), Kane, Hannah, Savannah, Logan, Brittany (Jon), Jessie (Dave), Kaela (Karl), Kieran and Andrew (Lisa); his great grandchildren, McKinley, Amelia, Maeve, Brady, Calvin, Leo, April and Isaac; and his sisters, Helen Dufour (late Paul) and Mary Baker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
