With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Anthony Phillip (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on April 14, 2021 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughter Tara Wright; his grandson Landon; his brother James (Kirk); and his cousin Nadine (Amy). He is also survived by extended family, friends, co-workers.
