James H. Allen Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Allen and Peggy Allen; and his sister Vina Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Carlos Tumpkin and Chris Tumpkin; and his siblings, Burton Allen (Janice), Cheryl Shreve, Andrea Vincent, Ettolla Renaud (Mike) and Warren Allen (Andrea). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
