He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kennedy and Lillian Kennedy (Bezaire); and his son Mike. He is survived by: his children, Jim (JK), Jeff (Cathy) and Cara Kennedy; his grandchildren, Austin (Kelly), Cameron (Brittani), Shannon (Travis), Christine, James (Torri), Benjamin Kennedy (Greenwood) and Thomas (Sydney); and his wife Teresa Banovac-Kennedy.
As a founding member, in lieu of flowers the family have requested donations to be made to the Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative (DWCC).
