With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jan Ecker (Windsor, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Haines and Percy Haines; Larry Ecker. She is survived by: her close friend John; her children, Larry Ecker (Jana) and Karen Mangham (Chris); her grandchildren, Kayla, Charlie (Sara), Bradley and Teddy; her siblings, Christine Coss (Gord), Steve Hugall (Christine) and Bill Hugall (Cheryl); and her sister-in-law Brenda Zuccato (Ron). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Windsor Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Windsor Chapel Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A committal service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (1805 ON-3, Oldcastle, ON N0R1L0).
