He was predeceased by: his parents, Danica Mogus and Ivan Mogus; his parents-in-law, Katica and Franjo Zivcic of Croatia; and also Ankica Mogus.
He is survived by: his wife Nada Mogus (Zivcic); his daughters, Nancy Schwager (Troy) and Christine Grochal (Rafal); his siblings, Zvonko Mogus (Marica) of Croatia and Ankica Bozicevic (Marijan) of Tecumseh; his siblings-in-law, Danica Duric (Branko) and Ankica Juricic (Josip) of Croatia; and his nieces and nephews, Melinda Oppio (Adriano), Zivko Zivcic (Ann-Marie) of Windsor, Marijan Mogus (Vesna), Marijan Zivcic (Ruzica), Zlatko Zivcic (Blazenka), Monika, Katarina Juricic and Igor Duric (Dragana) of Croatia.
