We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2019, at the age of 95, Jean Gwendolyn Westgarth (Windsor, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Carol Dubois (late Andre); her parents, William Best and Della Best; her former husbands, James Mitchell and Ross Bowbeer; her husband Robert Westgarth; and her daughter Beverly.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kim Iannicello (Jason) and David Dubois (Erika Rock); her great grandchildren, Megan and Dylan Iannicello; her brother Ted Best; and her sister-in-law Bette Best (Calgary, Alberta). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
