She was predeceased by: her husband Michael; her parents, Ovide Chartrand and Bertha Chartrand; and her siblings, Oscar, Euclid, Aurel, Bert, Gilles, Noella and Muriel.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Jarnevic, Lisa Gagnon and Allan Makovnik; her grandchildren, Jennifer Jarnevic, Matthew Jarnevic (Jocelyn), Julie Jarnevic (Cam Smith) and Paul Gagnon (Kelly Jarrett); her great grandchildren, Jack, Mickey and Joelle Jarnevic; and her sisters, Paulette and Louise.
