He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty and Clayton; and his brother Randy. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; and his siblings, Rick, Tim, Tom (Cheryl), Joe, Katy (Chris) and Kris (Ron). He is also survived by his wife, daughters, mother-in-law.

He will be deeply missed and forever cherished. if you so desire, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor & Essex Counry in memory of Jeffrey.
