He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Gardner and Violet Gardner; and his sister Pat Peltier. He is survived by: his wife Carol Joanne Gardner; his children, MJ "Michele" Gardner (Karen Hobden), Kevin Gardner (Wendy) and Ian Gardner (Marlene); his grandchildren, Dani Wakeley, Kate Wakeley, Jesse Gardner, Destin Gardner and Chelsea Bellefeuille (Dylon); and his brother Thomas Gardner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
