He was predeceased by: his parent Bergen Mundy; and his brother Eddy. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Erin Hamlin (Jesse), Robert Mundy (Carly) and Katie Mundy; his sister Donna Kmiecik (Todd); and his grandchildren, McKenna, Nolan, Madison and Jace.

“It is with much sadness that I learned of Jim's passing just recently. We were old friends from high school and spent much time together. We both worked at Canadian Tire on Woodlawn rd. In Guelph and used to bowl with the Canadian Tire bowling team every Wednesday night, lots of fun. Nothing will compare with the trip we took to Mexico though in grade 9 while at Centennial. RIP old friend, you are missed. My regards to his family. Glen Moores”
