She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Andre Windels; her children, Carol Jones (Gary), David Carter (Donna), Brian Carter (May), Alan Carter (Ann) and Jamie Carter; her parents, Millard Besse and Winifred Besse; and her siblings, Edward Besse, Elizabeth Besse and William Besse. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren with 2 on the way, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
