She was predeceased by: her daughter Candace Marie; and her parents, Martha Holmes and Lyal Holmes. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Kuzyk; her children, Denise (Tom Bell), Austin Kuzyk and Joanne Julie; her grandchildren, Kirstin Kuzyk (Brandon), Joshua Crabb, Gabriel Kuzyk and Kaitlyn Rose-Marie; her siblings, Bud Holmes (Rochelle), Linda Drouillard, Brenda (Paul Cross), Mike Holmes, Tracy Holmes and Dave Holmes (Tina); and her sister-in-law Carol (Brian Hewson). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
