It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Fraser (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Alison Wilson (James), Tina Fraser (Rob Chevalier) and Joey Fraser (Tracy); and his close friend B. A. Maki. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces and nephews.
