He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce; and his parents, Milton and Clarice. He is survived by: his children, David, John, Patricia, Joanne and Steve Laforet; his sisters, Susan Delcol, Anne Rocheleau and Mary (Chuck Peterson); and his siblings' children, May and John.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Atonement Church (2940 Forest Glade Dr, Windsor, ON N8R1L5).
