He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Butler (Jack) and Elsie Butler; and his sister Joyce Grabb (late Buzz). He is survived by: his wife Florence; his children, Shelley Scodellaro (Lucio), Debra Mayhead (Todd) and Andrew (Cecille); his stepdaughter Deborah Magliaro (Tony); his grandchildren, Sonya, Gina, Timothy, Alex and Adam; his great grandchild Sophia; and his brother-in-law Tom Platt (late Pat). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
