John Jerry Berek Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2021, at the age of 79, John Jerry Berek (Windsor, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Ronald St. Pierre; his mother Patricia Zaccari; and his brother Joseph Zaccari. He is survived by: his wife Colleen (C. McMullin); his daughters, Meghan (Eric Kolowicz) and Caelin; his grandchildren, Carsyn, Brinley Kolowicz, Emma and Liam McMullin; his mother-in-law June St. Pierre; his siblings-in-law, Michael, Cheryl Rieder, Roger and Caron Geier; his nephews, Matt (Kathleen), Scott (Molly), Eric (Julie), Ethan (Taryn) and Dylan; and his friends, Mary Beth Haber-Gibson, Donald Rudzinski and John Samuel-Rousell.

In lieu of flowers, random acts of kindness or donations to The Hospice of Windsor and Essex or the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
