He was predeceased by: his parents, William McCarty and Tina McCarty; and his siblings, Donald, William (Shirley), Leonnard and Mary (Lawrence).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Tracy Miller (Jeff) of Lakeland, Jennifer Dunsdon (Michael) of Independence, Missouri. and Joanne Lee (Jarred) of Independence, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Nicolas, Emma, Alexander and Olivia; his sister Ann (late Don); and his parents-in-law, Betty Wood (Ron) of Land O'Lakes and Donald Robb (Mary) of Windsor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
