He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jo; his son Kevin Evans; his sister Lilly; and his parents, John Evans and Margaret Evans.
He is survived by: his children, John Evans (Vicki) and Sherri Evans; his grandchildren, Lacie (Jason), Shawn, Jillian (Patrick), John Paul, Jessica, Ryan and Alyssa; his great grandchildren, Thomas, Maddie, Logan, Ava, Abbie, Owen and Rylie; his brother Jim (Ann); his son-in-law Tom; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
