He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia; his children, Justin, Jarrod (Alanah) and Jenna (Dylan); his stepchildren, Derek Guitard (Melissa) and Amanda Hanson; his grandchildren, Savannah and Calee; his parents, Jackie and Jack; his siblings, Joanne Mayzik (late Frank), June Lee (Dave), Jane (late Leo), Larry (Nadine) and Sheila (late Gary); his siblings-in-law, Tom (Diane), Peggy, Paul and Bob; and his former wife Shelley Hebert. He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews.
