He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine; his parents, Bridget Chafe and John Robert Chafe; his siblings, Ed, Ron, Bob, Mary, Bill, Tom, Mike, Bernie and Phonse; and his brothers-in-law, Lanny and Harvey.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne Wright, Mark, Thu-Ha, Jane, Doug Moote, Mike and Monica; his grandchildren, Mikey, Caitlin, Jennifer, Michael, Rachel and Nova; his great grandchildren, Selah, Soren, Winslow, Teddy and Scarlett; his siblings, Ray, Sr. and Stella; and his siblings-in-law, David and Betty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
