She was predeceased by: her husband Wasyl. She is survived by: her child Anna Zayachkowsky; her grandchildren, David, Nadine, Stephan and Mindy Zayachowsky; her great grandchildren, David, Riley, Stephan and Julia Zayachkowsky; her siblings, Anastazia of Poland and Andrij Kuchyna of Montreal; and her sibling-in-law Eva Martyn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
