She was predeceased by: her husband Alphonse; her sister Linda Sorrell (late Danny); her sister-in-law Patricia Duchene (Ronald); and her parents, Joan Forsyth and Jerry Forsyth.

She is survived by: her children, Krystal and Kyle; her siblings, John Fors, Joyce Blake (David) and John Forsyth (Lori); and her siblings-in-law, Joanne Corriveau (Tom), Carmel Speers (late Stan), Ronald Ouellette (Sylvia) and Raymond Ouellette (Cindy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
