Kathleen Galay Obituary
We bid farewell to Kathleen Galay (Windsor, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 24, 2025 at the age of 89. Kathleen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Syroid and Jennie Syroid; her husband Dennis Bohdan; and her sister Marie. She is survived by: her sister Jeannette Syroid (Jeana); her aunts, Cleo Sokoloski and Nina; Stevan, Greg, Debbie and Markus.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 8:30 PM at the Windsor Chapel South Chapel (3048 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S4). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sts. Vladimir & Olga Ukrainian Catholic Church (601 Lake Trail Dr, Windsor, ON N9G2M3). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Heavenly Rest Cemetery (5005 Howard Ave, Windsor, ON N9H1C9).
