He is survived by: his spouse Tracey Blythe (Ruston); his children, Danielle Blythe (Dan Ubl) and Kristopher Blythe (Brittni); his grandchildren, Asher, Harley and Evelyn; his parents, Ken Blythe and Shirley Blythe; his brother Mike Blythe (Elaine); his mother-in-law Lynda; and his siblings-in-law, Stacey Walker (Jim), Darrin Thibert (Teena) and Sean Thibert (Emmie).
