He was predeceased by: his parents, John Swartz and Zita Swartz. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn; his children, Lauren (Joe Chittle), Chris (Candace Rapchak) and Andrea; his friend Ashly Burkoski; his siblings, John Swartz (Barb), Carol Fuschi (Rick), Mike Swartz and Steve Swartz; his siblings-in-law, Michael Malian (Vanessa), David Malian (Monica) and Bill Malian (Blair); and his significant other Ginger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
