He is survived by: his parents, Basil McPhee and Patricia McPhee (Manchurek); his child Shelby McPhee; his brother Jeff McPhee (Nadia); his nephews, Mitchell and Ian; and his pet Bentley. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and long-time friends.
