He was predeceased by: his father Neil MacInnis. He is survived by: his son Neil MacInnis (Sarah); his siblings, Lorna Coulter, Marian Trowbridge (Freeman), Duane Newton, Lloyd, Glen, Donna and Linda; his goddaughter Tanya Konrad; his friends, Mark and Bert; and also Mary Anne St. Louis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Windsor (Residential Home).
