He is survived by: his daughter Shea Formosa (Don); his grandchildren, Payton and Daebriel; and his siblings, Joe Matthews, Cathy Gibbons, Deborah Shields (Murray), Tracey Bruner (Kim) and Carol Balestrieri. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
