It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Latoya Yolanda Tara Lowe (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Stevan; her daughter Zoe; her parents, Laza Lowe and Brenda Salmon; her grandparents, Rose Sterling and Audley Lowe; her siblings, Jordan, Jamaar and Daniel; her parents-in-law, Jim and Maria Stojanov; and her nieces and nephews, Sebastien, Lucien and Leo. She was also cherished by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
