He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Joan; his son Christopher (Debbie); his parents, Nelson Garant and Zella Garant; and his brothers, Clarence (late Margaret) and Edward (late Shirley).
He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Joanne), Paul (Jackie) and Patrick (Luanne); his sister Shirley (Mickey); his stepmother Marie; and his sisters, Dianne and Elaine. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
