He is survived by: his wife Karen; his stepchildren, Ashley (Josh), Courtney (James) and Brittany (Adam); his children, Chad (Dallas), Mikaela (Dylan) and Kevin (Caroline); and his sisters, Catherine (Alan), JoAnn, Patricia (Brian), Darlene (Tim) and Colleen (Rob). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many great friends.
