She was predeceased by: her husband William; her parents, Joseph Chaloupka and Agnes Chaloupka; and her sister Josephine Larkin (Hugh Larkin). She is survived by: her nephews, Hugh Larkin Sr. (Carolyn), John (Soraya) and Joseph (Fran). She is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Society of Windsor & Essex County or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
