With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille (Ouellette) Cecile (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on October 29, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ouellette and Delia Ouellette; her stepmother Lida Bechard Ouellette; her brothers, Frank (Barb), Bob and Danny; and her stepsister Annette Meloche (Floyd).
She is survived by: her husband Stanley Cecile (Hon); her children, Wayne, Mic (Kathy), MaryAnn Downes (Bill), Brian (Gail), Janine Chittle (Len), Diane Russett, Shorty (Lisa) and Dennis (Kim); her siblings, Doreen, Geri, Ted and Gene (Colleen); and her stepsiblings, Marie, Bob Bechard (Anita), Donat Bechard (Linda) and Doug Bechard (Joan).
