It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Madonna Mallen (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on September 21, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Vincent, Adrienne, Betty and Bill. She is survived by: her husband Patrick; her children, Paddy (Cheryl), Karen (Jim), Michael (Nikki) and Don (Jane); her sibling Marie Hebert (Dan); Jones. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

As an expression of sympathy and to honour Madonna's life, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Windsor.
