She was predeceased by: her husband Jim; and her parents, Melina Joy and Clarence Joy. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Nancy), Denise (Johann), Diane (Jim) and Karen; her grandchildren, Emily (Cameron), Shane, Alysha (Joey), Katie, Melina, Alex and Philip; her great grandchild Sloane; her siblings, Tom Joy (late Mary) and Connie Bastien (Ed); and her siblings-in-law, Leo Benedet and Judy Duchene. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, and if you so desire, donations to the Windsor and Essex County Cancer Foundation or Street Help would be appreciated by the family.
