She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio; her son Paul; her parents, Maria Tavares and Manuel Tavares (Portugal); and her siblings, John, Jose, Manuel and Cremilde.
She is survived by: her children, Leonilde, Fernando, Antonio, Monica, Grace, Tony, Lorenca, Flora, Manuel, Debbie and Stacy; and her siblings, Conceicao and Adelaide. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
