She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio; and her sister Rosa Casalese (Pasquale). She is survived by: her children, Anna Forte (Frank), Bina, Maria and Carla Iacobelli (Bruno); her grandchildren, Christian Forte, Lucas, Noah and Liam Iacobelli; her siblings, Vincenza Staccone (Francesco) and Pietro Ferri (Vittoria); and her sister-in-law Guiseppina. She is also survived by many brothers and sister-in-laws.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
