He was predeceased by: his parent Andrea Spadafora; and his siblings, Rosina Borelli (late Pietro), Virginia Felice (late Emilio) and Ida Spadafora. He is survived by: his spouse Domenica "Mimi"; his parent Teresa Spadafora; his children, Marisa (Vito Lipari), Anita (Boris Mihalic) and Dino Spadafora (Vesna); his grandchildren, Elisa Scott (Ian), Genni Meyer (Christiaan), Thomas Lipari, Danielle Mihalic, Eric Mihalic (Chelsea), Evan Mihalic, Alexa Spadafora and Lucas Spadafora; his great grandchildren, Carter, Beau Mihalic and Cecelia Meyer; his siblings, Luigi Spadafora (late Clorinda), Emma Vigna (Vincenzo), Giulia Perri (Francesco), Salvatore Spadafora (Elvira) and Rita Ferraro (Salvatore); and his siblings-in-law, Sam, Lina DeRose, Domenic, Connie Stramacchia, Pina and Vito Beato. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
