With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martin Schneider (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on April 22, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Lucy Dalpee; his parents, Joseph Schneider and Anna Schneider (Bohnert); his brother Joseph; and his cousin Carl Bohnert (late Velma).

He is survived by : his daughters, Elizabeth Schneider (Don Spraggett), Kathy Taylor (Glenn), Anna Patterson (Rick) and Virginia McDonald; his grandchildren, Shannon Mitchell (Kevin), Kristen Cote (Pavle), Eric Taylor (Heather), Drew Patterson (Stephanie) and Cameron McDonald; and his great grandchildren, Alex Taylor, Ollie Mitchell and Ellie Cote.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Windsor Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8W1C7).

If so desired, donations in memory of Martin to the Hospice Essex-Windsor, or Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
