We announce the death of Marvin Marentette (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on August 16, 2026, at the age of 90. Marvin will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Marentette and Hazel Marentette; and his siblings, Janine Salkowski (late Ted), Beverly McCutcheon (late Bill), Alan (Donna) and Michael (Hillary).
He is survived by: his wife Veronica; his children, Paul (Gail), Alan (Annette), Renee Komar (Jim) and Denise Willey (Michael); his sister Gayle Broad (Ted); and his brothers-in-law, Leonard Parent and Erwin Parent (late Jacqui).
He will be remembered for his kindness, compassion, generosity, wonderful sense of humour and quick wit!If you so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Windsor, Second Chance Ministries or Mass intentions.
