He was predeceased by: his parents, Ibrahim Taqtaq and Lily Taqtaq. He is survived by: his wife Nadia; his sons, Ibrahim "Abe" and Rami (Kim); his grandsons, Andrew and Matthew; and his siblings, Najwa (late Said), Naila (late Ramzi) and Ghassan (Reema).
