She was predeceased by: her son Gary; her parents, Liberale Truant and Adele Truant; her father-in-law Giacomo; her siblings, Aldo (Lelia), Joseph (late Flora) and Ermes (late Helen); and her siblings-in-law, Francesco (late Gianna), Maria (late Giovanni), Antonietta, Umberto (Rita), Arnaldo (late Velma), Bruno (Lida) and Peter.
She is survived by: her husband Carlo; her children, Linda Barei (Guelph), Diane, Dr. Ken Cunningham (West Vancouver) and Dr. David Barei (Seattle); her grandchildren, Andrea Spencer (Patrick), Steven Barei, Dr. Amanda Cunningham, Laura Cunningham, Simon Barei and Domenic Barei; her parent-in-law Onoria Barei; and her sisters-in-law, Gina (late Silvio) and Margaret. She is also survived by parent while welcoming grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
